Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade nature of Simply Rustic Jewelry, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Sizing preference

  • Color variation

  • Style preference

Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives broken or damaged, we’re happy to make it right.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days

After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated

  • Normal wear and tear is not considered damage
