Shipping Locations

Simply Rustic Jewelry currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within the following timeframes:

  • Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days

  • Custom orders: 1–2 weeks

Processing time does not include shipping transit time. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Method & Rates

  • Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage

  • $8 flat-rate shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $100

  • Local pickup is available (details provided at checkout or via email)

Shipping costs are refundable.

Tracking Information

A tracking number is provided via email once your package ships so you can follow its journey to you.

USPS Delays

Once a package has been handed over to USPS, Simply Rustic Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • The customer must email the correct address as soon as possible

  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly for assistance. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first.
