Autumn Harvest Necklace - Handmade Garnet Beaded Necklace

This handmade necklace features a natural garnet bead pendant wrapped with bronze-colored copper wire and paired with a bronze-colored stainless steel chain. The deep red coloring of the garnet complements the warm bronze tones for a simple design with rich color and rustic character.

The 14 mm garnet bead creates a small natural stone focal point, while the 5 mm chain gives the necklace a little more visual substance and texture. Because garnet is a natural stone, variations in color, shape, and pattern give each handmade necklace its own unique character.

Size & Fit

This necklace measures 18 inches. This is a princess-length necklace, which will typically fall around the collarbone area, depending on your neck size and shape.

The garnet bead measures approximately 14 mm, with an additional 1 cm bail connecting it to the chain. Together, the bead and bail extend approximately 2.4 cm below the 18-inch chain.

Because the garnet pendant is a relatively small natural stone bead, it adds some weight without creating the same downward pull as a larger solid stone pendant. The 5 mm stainless steel chain also gives this necklace a slightly more substantial feel than a necklace made with a thinner chain.
